Big Top Charity Dinner

Let us whisk you away to the circus!

Come along to one of the most unique charity dinners in Plymouth. Join us for our Cirque Du Relay Charity dinner set inside a real Big Top. You’ll arrive at 6pm for your welcome drinks and mingle with the circus artists.

At 7pm you’ll be taken into the Big Top, and sat at your table for the night. Tables are arranged around the central ring, giving you a great view of all the circus action to come. Our VIP tables will have front row seats, being located right next to the ring.

At your place will be your Cirque Du Relay gift bag, if you are on one of our VIP tables, look out for your extra special gift!

Your starters will be served to the table, along with any table wine you have pre-ordered (VIP tables this is included for you). As your plates are taken, the first half gets underway, where you will be entertained, amazed and sometimes left gasping by the fantastic circus performers from Happy’s Circus.

During the interval is when the main course is served. Then it’s onto the Second half!

Your sweet and coffees will then be served, and you will have an opportunity to get photographs with the artists.

Our Draw and Auction will follow before Carriages at 11pm

Please reserve your tickets for the ball, we will be sending out instructions on how you can pay for your tickets via Cancer Research UK, so you can claim this as a charitable donation.

Ticket options:

Standard £50 – a place on the outer tables, gift bag

Standard Table £500 – An outer table of ten places, all with a gift bag, pre-order your wine at the bar

VIP Table £600 – Ring side table, exclusive gift bag, 2 bottles of table wine provided, 10 x table photo prints included
