Art For Research Devon 

We are launching our 2021 series of Art For Research Devon.

Join in! Send us your artistic masterpieces and we will show case them to the world. Each year we have a different community inspired theme, and for 2021 it’s Hope.

Hope inspires us all. Hope is what it means to be human. Hope is what we all have, a Hope for better times after the pandemic, and a Hope for a cure for cancer.

Cancer survivors and their loved ones know all about Hope, but Hope is all around us. We’d like you to put your ideas to a single A4 sheet of paper, then scan or photo it, and send it to us, so we can create an online Gallery Of Hope.

There are a number of categories covering Art & Photography, with prizes for the best in each age group:

Key Stage 1 – 5-7 year olds
Key Stage 2 – 8-10 year olds
Key Stage 3 – 11-14 year olds
Key Stage 4/5 – 15-18 year olds
18+ years

Terms:
The competition opens on 1st March and closes on 30th June 2021.

If we are able to host an exhibition in the summer, we are planning to exhibit all the entries and announcing the winners at our Relay For Life event in 2021.

To enter, simply make a donation through this page, and upload your piece of art (the best photo you can take of your work), in any picture format or PDF.

Artwork can include (but not limited to):
Pencil Drawing
Painting
Sculpture
Collage

There’s a separate category for Photography.

We will add your piece to our online gallery both on this site, and on Facebook, along with a credit of Your First Name, Location and Age. We will send you a link, so that you can share your entry with your friends/family/school etc
