World Cancer Day 2016

Beating Cancer Sooner

World Cancer Day 2016

unity_bandsWorld Cancer Day is on Thursday February 4th. It’s a time when the whole world can come together, united, and show cancer that it cannot win. The symbol for this year’s day is the Unity Band, sporting the three primary colours of Cancer Research, the band forms a reef knot, the strongest knot, which cannot be pulled apart. This signifies the strength that being united in one cause, we can beat cancer, and this can only be done with research.

We have distributed bands through out Plymouth, you can find a list at the bottom of the page, and we will have them available in Drake Circus on Thursday 4th and at our launch on Saturday 6th February.

They will be available for a couple of weeks, so make sure you pick yours up.
